Touring Plan Cover

A training plan to help the newer riders gain speed and strength to keep up with more experienced riders and be able to ride tours strongly and comfortably

52 weeks, 365 days’ worth of daily training plans, starting with January 1 and going through December 31, which can be used over each year

Focuses mainly on building strength, aerobic fitness and endurance, with some anaerobic intervals

Moderate training volume (4-8 hours per week)

Offers a wide variety of workouts to prevent boredom and to improve several aspects of your cycling

Training intensity based on Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE)
